This short course covers all of the key topics required to maintain food safety in the workplace. This course is available as a classroom-based workshop or as an online training module. Key topics of this course include:
Food Control Plans, Food Hazards, Food Safety Standards, Preventing Food Contamination, Handwashing Technique, Temperature Control, Safe Food Storage and Pest Control. This course does not include NZQA unit standards.
